Collaboration; Cat'o'nine tails keshi pearl whip

I was matched with Wayne Cooper to make a piece of jewellery using Aurtore pearls to auction for charity. The idea was Wayne's, designing and making was left to me.  Making the whip was great fun the difficult part was skirting around any reference to sex in the publicity...   It was a clever idea, who can deny that beautiful Australian pearls aren't luxurious and sexy? 15mm apricot Broome pearl, keshi pearls, rose gold lotus flower and beads, photoetched sterling silver fittings, hinge & chain, hand blown glass vial, bamboo, braided natural hair, brass guitar wire.
